A versatile, warm and dedicated performer, Caroline studies with Dennis O’Neill CBE and Nuccia Focile, having achieved her MA with distinction from Wales International Academy of Voice.

She was one of 4 participants in Opera In The City’s inaugural Young Artist programme in 2018, through which she performed in a masterclass with James Clutton and Sonia Ben Santamaria. She created three roles in new works  (Hopes and Fears, The OperaMakers, Merlin, Ensemble OrQuesta, The Prometheus Revolution, Fulham Opera) and joined the chorus at Opera Rara to record and perform in Le Villi, conducted by Sir Mark Elder (chorus master Eamonn Dougan).

Caroline will be performing as alto soloist in Haydn’s Nelson Mass and Karl Jenkins’ The Armed Man this weekend (Saturday October 16th, 2021) for Hampton Choral Society, conducted by Richard Harker.

Caroline will also reprise her role as Venetia Trumpington-Hewitt in Opera Alegria’s 4* Grimeborn 2019 production of Count Ory at the Hurlingham Club in January 2022.

Caroline is scheduled to be performing the role of Olga in The Merry Widow for Opera Holland Park (postponed from their 2020 season due to COVID-19, information to follow in due course).

Caroline was delighted to have been accepted onto the Extra Chorus list for English National Opera, having been shortlisted for a permanent position. She has worked in the ensemble at Opera Holland Park with creative teams including Matthew Kofi Waldren, Francesco Cilluffo, Dane Lam, Rodula Gaitanou, Olly Platt, Martin Lloyd Evans, Richard Harker and Nicholas Jenkins. She is an active participant in OHP’s community outreach programme, Inspire, and has taken part in their Playlist For Life training scheme to help people with dementia and their families through music.
